TCC (Trusted Cargo Company) is an air and sea freight agency, helping to transport packages from our warehouses in China to our warehouses in Johannesburg in South Africa, Kinshasa, Lubumbashi and Kolwezi in Democratic Republic of Congo.
The process involves our customers located in Johannesburg, Kinshasa, Lubumbashi and Kolwezi purchasing their goods through various Chinese platforms such as Alibaba and having them delivered to our warehouses in China. We then evaluate the goods and communicate the shipping price to the customer. Depending on whether the customer has opted for air or sea freight, we then transport them either by plane or by boat from China to the final destination city of one of three: Johannesburg, Kinshasa, Lubumbashi or Kolwezi.
In the How to Proceed, we provide the instructions that each customer will send to their Chinese seller, so that the seller knows where and how to deliver their goods to our warehouses in China. These instructions are sufficient for the supplier in China to fully understand what to do and how to do it.
TCC communicates regularly with its customers via email and WhatsApp to inform them of the price, package tracking information, and the delivery process in Johannesburg, Kinshasa, Lubumbashi or Kolwezi.

Once your package arrives at our warehouse in your final destination city, we can, if you wish, deliver it to your home or to an address you provide. We will provide you with the exact price after assessing the quantity of packages and the delivery address you provide.

By WhatsApp or email to admin@trustedcargo.co.za, send us a simple message requesting our addresses in China (if you haven't taken it already, still here on our website, under Our Contacts and Warehouses). Specify whether you want sea or air freight, and tell us the final destination city for your parcel. We will send you a photo file containing ALL the details your supplier in China needs to deliver your packages to us. If you send this photo to your supplier, it's enough for them to know where and how they will deliver your packages to our warehouse in China.
Note : In the "Our Contacts and Warehouses" section, you'll find the details in photo format that you need to upload to send to your supplier in China. This includes all the instructions your supplier needs to deliver your packages to our warehouse in China, depending on whether it's air or sea freight and the final destination of your package.
Important information : When your package arrives at our warehouse in China, we will assess it and provide you with the tracking or parcel reference number, the price to be paid, and the payment link so you can pay 50% of the total amount within 4 days so your package can be sent to the nearest shipping location.
Please note that any package that spends 7 days in our warehouse without this payment will be charged USD 1 (R18) per kg or CBM per day. For loyal customers, it will be possible to pay the full amount upon delivery in the final destination city, and TCC will decide on a case-by-case basis.
Air and sea freight pricing is often volatile. Factors such as product type (standard, hazardous, sensitive, electronics/batteries), customs, final destination and freight mode (air or sea) cause price variation.
